To get near -2.5 V/V Input Gain I have used 22k for R29 and 47k (included with the kit, assumedly replacing the 56k) for R31.
The amp passed the smoke test and sounds very good :) It will part in repair/amp upgrade containing some DBR'd* Icepower 200ASC's.
(I use one 65 Watts laptop SMPS / amp, this perhaps sounds a bit low but the PS runs cool; driving one Clark Synthesis TST429 transducer)
