LED Jumpers

Hi all,

Could someone explain to me how the LED jumpers work. From what I understand there are two of them. What do they indicate and how are they different? Thanks in advance.

One indicates power is on to both sides of board and the other is whether the system has muted. While muted the power led will go off (toggles).
