HI
this new dac make great combo whit my truepath a few step up rispect the dddac tower 1543....
Wow the amp and my scanspeak go down down ,very solid bass [8D] the voice are big the hight open but sweet
HI
this dac have near 1-2mv offset without the output cap , after startup(15mv)
the truepath have the possibility of remove the imput caps ,as other Tamp?
Thanks!
I would recommend you NOT to remove the input caps as the inputs are biased with respect of -2.5V on the inputs. They also serve as DC-blockers.

I have a monica usb dac, based on the same chip. With output caps black gates in super E conf.
No dc going in any direction for sure, so, can i remove those inputcaps at trupath? altrough you recommend not to remove, BddB? or did you mean not to recommend going no caps at all in signal path?
86lvar: If you're 100% certain that the DAC output caps will block the DC from frying the DAC chip, you can remove the Tripath input caps. I don't know how the Monica works, but I think those black gate caps are blocking caps, and that you'll be fine.
...from the TA3020 datasheet:
Ri Inverting input resistance to provide AC gain in conjunction with Rf. This input is biased at the BIASCAP voltage (approximately 2.5VDC).
Rf Feedback resistor to set AC gain in conjunction with Ri. Please refer to the Amplifier Gain paragraph, in the Application Information section.
Ci AC input coupling capacitor which, in conjunction with Ri, forms a highpass filter at fC=1/(2#960;RiCi ).
The Ci is, besides DC-blocking and letting the input "float" at 2.5V, is also forming a HP-filter with Ri.
I still think removing the input cap is not a very good idea, because you don't know for sure what will be connected at input and how that will influence the bias-voltage.
It's safer to try different values and qualities for Ci instead.

my dac use 1541s2, 1545 is not the same [8D]
I have just buy xxhighend player ,that play bitperfect on vista + volume controll (no loss bit)!!!!!!!
I will report .....
