How do I upload photos

I can't seem to upload photos. When I select the image all I get is:


Any ideas what is happening?

First press the "reply to topic" button, then you get this:

Press this button and place a link between the ] and [

I just host my pics on a free image hosting site.

When you post you can paste the url between the follwing codes [img_]"Past url here"[_/img] (Delete the underscores)
