Diy soldering flux, very high grade people claim:

Resin (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4697)

Crush the resin(20g) in a vice. Add 30ml of Iso Propyl Alcohol and a couple of drops of glycerin, let it soak for 48 hours, and you have some very good flux.

Bottle for mixing the above (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5030)

Another option, with needle, for tiny work (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.5068)

Cheap wire cutter, looks good. (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.6996)

Cheap soldering paste for SMD, people say it is good (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.7952)

Glasses with magnification and light, might be good (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.11259)

90 meters of 0.6mm solder wire, for under 10€ (http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.4643)

A large selection of tweezers. (http://www.dealextreme.com/search.dx/search.tweezers)

And there is plenty more, Soldering irons, Tip cleaners, extra tips, ready made flux(allthough it is more expensive or lower quality), Antistatic bracelets etc. etc.

I have bought lots of stuff from that site, they are pretty good, allthough shipping is a bit on the slow side.

Remember to add this to your order, it removes the logo and stuff, it will go through customs faster that way.

Enjoy.

P.S. I am not associated with DX, nor do I get a bonus if you buy stuff from the links I have posted.

Dealextreme are pretty cool. I ordered a Nintendo DS modchip and stuff from them - everything worked as advertised. Hadn't thought of ordering soldering supplies etc. from them - thanks!
