I have 12,75 Volts between + and Gnd, but i Have 0 volts over C2 C5 and R7

Is it a mistake that there is no R8 & R11 ? i bought 2 Amp 6 sneaky and they are not in any of them.
Are they needed s can se that they were not in the early models
The Power Supply(Not Transformer) i delivering 12,75 V DC
I took out the fuse and the clicking stopped from the Transformer. and it gave 12,75 V DC again.
I Have de soldered D4-D12, C22 C25 C27 C28...
It is the power supply that clicks. It has 12,5 Volts before I connect the AMP6, then when i connect the AMP6 the power supply jumps down to about 0,8-1,5 volts and starts to click.

How do i find out if the Chip is fried? and how much resistance should there be over the Diodes ?
