Support disappeared!

It's been a month that i'm trying to contact the support at 41Hz because of a missing TA2022 chip in my last order, without any luck... Anyone it's more lucky than me?? Also no reply in the support forum.

You are correct. It's winter and the whole of Sweden has gone into hibernation.

But seriously, if you need to get the chip then that is a problem and I'm not sure what to do.

Does anyone on the forum have Jan's ear? If so could you please give him a prompt about this issue?

By the way bonalux, I recall that you were considering a Truepath. Did you ever build one?

Thank you for the reply Tim, today the support finally contacted me and solved the problem, it seems that they are very busy or got a spam filter that rejected my emails.
You remember well, building a Truepath was in my intentions but for now i'm enjoying my AMP1B that sounds awesome (altought he took many many hours to broke in at this level), so awesome that i've built two for my friends and sold one to an ebay user and they are astonished like me as well [:0] Maybe next year i will try to build a truepath anyway but my system (with 91db efficient Monitor Audio RS6 speakers) didn't need that huge power, and haven't found yet anyone that can state for sure the audio quality of the TP is superior to AMP1B.

I've also followed your odissey with TP for a while and know that you got so much problems, i hope that they are now solved and you are enjoying the incredibly good Tripath sound.
