AMP4 overload led always on

I've just finished soldering my AMP4.
But I always get the overload led on.
The relay is open as well.
If I try to touch the HMUTE pin on J4, the relay opens and closes continuously.
Any advice how to fix the problem.

Problem solved.
As many people have mentioned, re-soldering all chip legs mostly solve the problems.
