Default Google photos cant be posted since server upgrade

    Last week Jan said:

Has anyone noticed that posting photos from Google Picasa does not work since 41Hz server upgrade last week? This is unfortunate because I noticed lately that plenty of members post photos from Picasa, or at least they used to!

Here's an attempt to embed a photo from Picasa using the method that used to work:
    <a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/zxeter/TruepathTestingPhotos/photo#5157820776076025810"><img src="http://lh4.google.com/zxeter/R5RCqyUkH9I/AAAAAAAAB9U/DXkbV5f5tK0/s400/Optimized-Truepath-General-.jpg" /></a>

Here's another way using html "img" which doesn't work either:

Sure I could paste a link but I find constantly following links to others' photos a little annoying so I would prefer not to expect others to do so!

Can anyone suggest how to get the forum to work with Picasa again?

    Regards,

    Tim

I hadn't noticed.... I always use snapdrive.net and link the photo between (img src="link") but replace ( and ) with < and >

Unfortunately the forum doesn't properly access google photos with this command either, V-bro. Am I doing something wrong?

What I did was to move all files unchanged. At least I thought so. But I can see the setting "allow HTML in posts" has changed. Actually, I'd pefer to keep it this way. It means that HTML is not allowed. However there is "Forum Code", which includes pictures. There is even a button in the editor button row, for inserting images. Did you try that?

    Works for me....
