I am interested in using the AMP1 with a +70V single ended DC supply. What are the requirements - esp. for the 0V (Gnd) input? Or is a true split supply necessary? Thanks.

Ummmmmm I don't know what to say.....
You're inquiring about the AMP1 in the AMP5 - 10 forum?
What amp do you really have?
Have you looked at the amp overview to see the voltage and PS requirements of whatever AMP you are building?

There are no Tripath amps on this site that will operate at 70VDC single ended.
AMP1 uses a split PS +/- 35VDC max.
***If it was easy, everyone would be doing it***
Thanks. Sorry to be in the wrong place(!). I was a bit careless here and will ask on the other forum. No, I didn't expect that this was an easy question. There are a number of "rail splitter" devices and solutions (e.g., the TI tle2426). Generally the IC solutions have liited power capability and need a complementary pair of bipolar transistors for current amplification. My need is quirky, because I have the +70V supply capacity available from other components in my instrument.
