    Default Some Questions about amp11-HV

    Hi,
    I received 8 amp11-HV,
Anyone have the BOM and schemastics of amp11-HV?
How much power stage gain is suitable for ~48VDC rail?
    Thank you!

I ask Jan for BOM in suppourt section a week ago but he hasn't replied yet.

    Please help,
With no BOM, I even don't know which component is in which bag!

I haven't yet built the HV version kits, have four in my personal stock...

They look the same as the regular AMP11 and I don't think there should be any difference in power stage gain setting...

------X-max. can be several meters on any driver, too bad it can be done only once...------

    Hi, In this thread

    http://www.41hz.com/Forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2034

    I said:

"The modulator feedback should be set based upon the rail voltage. The formula from the data sheet (TK2050) is

    Rfbc=(Vcc*Rfbb/2)-Rfbb

Rfbb is fixed to 1K. Supplied for Rfbc is a 10K+2.2K resistor in series, ie. 12.2K. These resistors are R3+R114 and R12+R103. Reworking the above equation, Vcc=(12200+1000)*2-1000 = 26.4V, so it is roughly optimised for a 24V supply.

For a 48V supply, it would be (48*1000/2)-1000 = 23Kohms required for Rfbc."

You will need to make R3+R114 = 23K and R12+R103=23K. You might be able to do it with spare resistors in the kit.

longitude: can I assume you have some bags of components with blanks labels? Because a few of my bags just have blank labels. I'm sure I can work it out if I tried hard enough

Hey, thanks for pointing this out Col! I didn't think the power stage gain had so much to do with the railvoltage. Sorry for giving wrong information there Longitude!

I guess I was kind of mislead by the content of the kit being about the same as the regular AMP11.

Yes! All of my bags have blank labels and only "please see the BOM" on it.
    But I don't have BOM,
So I don't know what is in the bags expecially SMD capacitors!
    Please help!

I used the normal Amp11 BOM version 1.02. I don't have one for the HV but most of the components are the same, so with the normal BOM you should be able to build it. This BOM doesn't list the bag numbers so you might need to test the smd caps to see which is which. If you can send me a message through the forum with your email address I can send you the BOM and schematics.
