Fancy transistors - good retailers?

Hi,

I'm building some buffers and amps and stuff, in particular the JISBOS buffer (http://www.diamondstar.de/jisbos/jisbos_overview.html) and discrete diamond buffer (http://www.diamondstar.de/dDB_overview.html), and I'm looking for these transistors:

Sanyo 2SC2362 and 2SA1016
Toshiba 2SC3422y and 2SA1359y

Anyone know these, and a good retailer?

Btw,

I found some of the Sanyos at http://littlediode.com, http://electronix.com, http://bdent.com, http://segor.de, and the Toshibas at http://beezar.com.

Some are expensive, and as far as I can see, none of them carry all four types. Any hints would be great! Thanks!
