Hi guys, thanks for the very nice recommendations!

I have made a price-list of what I can offer. I have only included power amps in the list as that is what I recommend to use, with a separate preamp. I can of course place a passive volume control in the same box and input selection if you like, but there is no kit-solution that can easily be used with all the kits. At least not one that fits in all cases just as nicely. So the passive solution is still the most versatile, but takes a LOT of work so it's going to cost quite a bit more.
