Another case of something not working >.<

Hi, Just built myself a AMP32-PS, currently testing it by hooking up an ATX 12V supply to the bulk cap solder points. I have a problem where I cant tell if its working or not or I'm missing something.

When I ground and un-ground the sleep pin i hear a very silent pop through the speakers so it must be doing something. The LED always stays off.

I get no sound when i give an input. I checked the input path all the way to the legs of the chip and they are there fine.

I get around 1.1V across R7 and my 5V pin gives 5V.

I've checked and rechecked connections and diodes ect. Was assembled using hot air so everything is cleanly done.

What could be wrong? I also tested the fault pin, and it seems low.

What resistances do you measure on the outputs? (with the amp off)

What dc voltages? (with the amp on) Is there any difference here when the amp is turned on/off?

I get about 2mV on one side and 1mV on the other. As for resistances, I got about 8kohm each side before I tuned the amp on. As I held the meter there, the resistance slowly rose. After I cycled it on then off, the resistances each side where about 40kohm and they slowly fell as I held the meter there.
