    Default Polarity of 10000uf cap

    Is the negative lead the one with the dimple pattern on the base of the lead, closest the white band?

    Both legs are the same length

    There is a white band with dashes closet to the leads with the dimple pattern on its base. I don't see a manufacturer name on the can.
