Just an update post, for everyone who is following the Thiele-Small Loudspeaker Data- stuff.

As has been noticed, the loudspeaker database is up, but no changes (additions, edits) have occurred.
Also there is not yet an entry form or things like it.
I tried to get going with PHP+MySQL, but PHP is confusing and the special Vbulletin-type syntax is not helping.
User Rasped was supposed to help with this coding, but will not for some time, I understood.

Trying to get it running locally is not very helpful, because I need to keep vB in mind.
It is unfortunate no one has come forward (as far as I know) to help coding, but in time, it wlll be done. (I will not give up)
Thank god PHP is much like ASP, in which org site was written/made, so Jan can do/did a lot. (not planned like that)

And then I have my other zillion things on my mind....but those are other stories.

My knowledge of PHP is quite limited at this point....
I'm willing to help input data once the entry form is completed.

I still have it in mind.
Hoping vB 4.1 will make it easier, but PHP aint easy for what I want it to do.
    > I need input+output on -same- page, not a new page.
Did many nice things in basic and 6502-assembler, thought PHP would be easy....
Yes, the 6502 drives Bender in Futurama.
    And I'm getting old.

There has been caching issues putting the database out of order. Well I think it worked as long as you did not log on to the forume? Anyway, there was a fix I made about half a year ago, but this was of course forgotten by the time the global code was updated.

But right now the TSLDB is up and running again. I had to disable global caching for this site to make TSDB work. It may mean your browser will try to download every image again when you refresh a page. Don't know. So let me know if the site is slow(er) to browse now. I have made several postings on the vB forum (again) and hope there is a proper fix around the corner .

It seems like the caching and login issues for TSLDB have finally been solved. Now we can move on, update and nicify the pages.

If this seems stable, then the old site will be shut down. So if problems come back then let me know

I just tried the new search function and received this error message instead:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

    Yes,

I assume this is when you look at details for one driver.

I managed to delete the page for detail views...

    Looking for a backup...

...Testing the backup system; meaning I asked FFF if he had a copy of the deleted code. He did!

I searched for NEO speaker, full/wide range and HiFi when I got that error.
It seems to be working now:
