Relay doesn't click

After having passed the +5V test, I went on and soldered the rest. When I apply power, the LED lights on.

Now if I move the jumper from Mute to Awake, the LED lights off but the relay doesn't click. I move the trimmers all around but nothing changed. How are these to be set?

Make sure you have all eight legs of the relay soldered. There are six together and two a ways below those. I forgot the two down lower and it also did not make a click.

Let's start with that.

All eight legs are soldered, and were soldered when I made the test. I'll try and see where the current comes from to switch the relay on.

The trimmers should be approximately set at mid range to begin. I don't think that those have much to do with the relay though.

The transistors and diodes do however. Make sure their orientation is correct on all of those and their solder joints are good.

It works! One of the joints must have been loose, I did them all again and now the relay clicks when I move the jumper. Thanks very much for your help and your time!
