Missing Capacitor

I'm currently finishing 3 AMP6 modules to be used in my active setup.
However I have spotted a problem when following the manual (V 1.0).

With the kit came 5 capacitors with the following specs: 0.1 uF RM 2.5 mm.

However for the amplifier 6 of these caps are needed: C16, C17, C20, C26, C50, C102.

Am I doing something wrong? The bag in which the caps came said that 5 caps where supplied, hence I don't think it was a simple mistake with packaging.

Although other people on diyAudio.com say they recieved 6 caps.

In total I recieved 7 0.1 uF caps (5 * 0.1 uF RM 2.5 mm) and (2 * 0.1 uF RM 5.0 mm).

Hello,
I checked the board of the AMP6 due to problems with wrong capacitors, I had to replace C17 and destroyed the pcb. I bought a second amplifier and tried to find out the connections of C17, one leg is not connected! Maybe this is the cause for omitting one capacitor, you don't need c17. In the instruction is writen, C17 is in parallel to C50, but I didn't find this connection. I am not absolutley shure, just what I found out. Any suggestions?

And I've found that one leg of C17 and of C102 is going nowhere, is it normal? why?
