The sequence looks strange in the video? Looks like the WAKE relay turns off as soon as the MUTE turns on? With the amp active both should be on if I remember correctly.

It is hard to see what happens in the video because you are not making the shot of the breadboard and the battery in one frame...

Sorry, trying to hold the camera and operate the circuit at the same time! Anyway, when the switch is open the mute jumpers are closed and the sleep jumpers are open meaning the amp is muted and asleep (amp9). Then when the switch is closed the sleep jumpers are closed (awake) then the mute jumpers are opened (unmute). I agree with one of your previous posts that no jumpers at all should mean "all on" (awake and unmuted). That's why I decided to use relays so I could make use of the normally open or normally closed contacts as necessary.

Again thanks for all your help. I'm excited to go solder this baby now!

I really appreciate the pioneering and creativity you put in the use of this circuit yourself, and I really like to discuss about it. It's fun working with electronics like this isn't it? And you learn the most out of testing such a thing with your bare hands.

    Great job, well done!

Here's another variation to the circuit:

With speaker relay and added protection driven by the FAULT pin (or in some chips HMUTE) this will break speaker contact when there are faulty states detected by the amplifier.

It would work on any amplifier with adapted values to work for the operating voltage...
