All this does not sound right.

Can anyone contact Mikael Blomkvist by e-mail or by telephone?

Or, are there any members of the Forum, or interested readers from Stockholm who could nip round to the 41Hz registered office and find out if Jan is OK?

    Hi all,
this seems to be a thread, where I should add my problem :-(
I (customer #7547, Christian Gurk), ordered a AMP9-Basic on 10. Nov. 2011 (order #9860) and payed it per PayPal. It is charged from my PayPal account, I checked it. Heard nothing about this until now...
I then ordered one week later (17.11.11) 2 AMP6-BASIC-SNEAKY (order #9873) and payed it also per PayPal. It is also charged from my PayPal account, I also checked it. Heard also nothing about this until now...
So what should I do? I would love to hear anything from Jan, hoping he is all right?
I also tried to contact him in the Shop system and in this forum before, no response at all.
So maybe Jan you are reading this, please give us any information about the status or whats wrong or how we could help you.
I would love to start building my boombox with your AMPS!
Hoping for a response, maybe as a Christmas present :-)

I wrote about Jan in a swedish forum and today one nice guy went to his registered office at about 7AM, no one were there at that time.
Maybe it was to early, maybe the reason he wasn't there is something else, i don't know.
I'm also starting to get a bit worried.

Called Jan the day before yesterday, bit late because I just had a 14 hour work day myself.... Called him out of bed and would call him again today, but didn't make it also due to an extremely hefty work day. I work for television and the thing that happened in Luik Belgium meant over hours for me...

I shall give it another try tomorrow and see what's up.

At least we know he's alive, but he did sound like he was ill. Jan has been struggeling with his health for as long as I know him. Especially in the autumn to winter time. Certainly hope he's going to be okay, and I am sure all orders will come back on track then. It's very unlike him not to keep the business up...

    Dear V-bro,

You are a gem. Thank you for call to Jan; there is the spamming and breakdown in orders which did not seem right.

Cheers for that, I managed to talk to him before the weekend and he said that some orders got sent back to him with the reason of wrong addresses. I've been suffering from the same crap happening to a couple of things I've sent for work, postal service personell is just failing way too often these days! Sometimes that makes me mad, got an amp sent to a guy in Italy and it's still under way back, even though I've sent stuff over there before. Same reason, address incorrect. I freaking printed it on it from my address database, like I always do! There's no way they can intercept, and it happened before that a box came back completely to shreds after a stressful two months of not knowing where the *** it was!!! And shipping cost down the drain!!

Good to hear things are happening. It would be nice if he would check the webpage now and sort out those of us who have been waiting 2 months.
