I know because I've helped them a few times answering them....
But shouldent the priority be, shop>forum ?? or iam i wrong.
Just becouse there is hundreds of questions the whole shop becomes incapacitated?
How can the company make any profit if u dont check if anyone have bought anything?

Too me it dont make any sense.

Purchases always used to go smooth, don't know what's going on there TBH. Certainly the priority is that the delivery of the things purchased goes spot on. Only the few purchases that get paid by bank need special attention and hand checking.

The support questions I know of were mainly about persons not getting the amplifier to work or asking advise about what kit to buy.

If you notice, Jan is very seldom on the forums, as he is most likely too busy sending out new orders.

So the question of priorities becomes; sending out new orders or fixing broken orders.
But broken orders can only be fixed if the customer can contact him to let him know of the problem.
It does seem difficult to contact him when orders go wrong, but it's hard to say how much correspondence he deals with on a daily basis.

Does anyone have the contact data of Jan and is able to contact him about this thread? And maybe ask him to give a quick reply here?

Yes, it would be nice to hear from Jan. I've been waiting since Oct. 24th with NO response. Getting frustrated...

Would have done the same, really can't understand what went wrong!! The only transactions I know sometimes went wrong were the bank transfers because 41hz staff needed to keep track of payments been done by hand, Paypal is automated...

    Shitty situation!!

I can supply and support Truepath if that's what you are looking for.
