41hz TA2022 kit have output of left and right channels with no common connection on - pole ( for instance TA2024 common connection is not allowed because do that damage the chip ), but there are some configurations where - are connected together ( also electrical scheme on Tripath datasheet show common - LR channel connection )

I have a card with TA2022 coming from China where left and right - channels are common connected and circuit seems work normal.
Is there somebody that could explain me what's better, advantages/disadvantages or possible faults, suggestions ?
