After finally get up my AMP15PS up and running, I can continue with the setup for my active speaker 3-way systems .
Referring to the information I got out of the forum, I've come to the conclusion that I could setup the configuration as follows:
For High&mid range the AMP 15PS is completely sufficient, for the bass channel I'll use an AMP15XP ( hopefully availbale soon ;-) in brigde mode).
As the amps already include power supplies, I'd use for the for amps ( two kits ) one single 800VA transformer with 2x40V, which should be more than sufficient. I have to modify the rectifier stages, that's obvious. I could of course use two transformers instead, but this raises the costs and worse weight and space consumption. Has anybody some experience with such a signle transformer solution? An alternative would be using SMPS, but it's hard to get an appropriate device ( e.g Meanwell is available at us only up 48V DC single rail ).
Another question is, how safe are the amps in terms of a failure ?
I'm used to protect my speakers with speaker relays with a µP controlled DC detector which can supervise the power rails as well.
The Tripath chips have their own monitoring, but what if the chip or the output Fet's fail .....
So do we need two security systems, or were this overkill ?

Thomas
