Amp6B worked fine, now won't turn on?

I bought an Amp 6B two months ago and tested it when it arrived. It worked perfectly fine so I put it back in the ESD covering in the small cardboard box to let it wait while I finished other stuff so I could use the Amp 6B instead of the T2020 chinese knock-off eBay amp I have previously used in my Boominator.

When I connected the Amp 6 today and powered it up, absolutely NOTHING happened.

I have a multimeter and I measured the voltage going to the Amp 6 at 13 volts, and I made sure that the polarity was + on the inner side of the plug. The fuse is not broken and I am sure that my input device (HTC Desire) is working perfectly fine.

Am I correct when I have both jumpers shorted out when I want to play music?

Can you help me troubleshoot my Amp 6?

The jumpers should be in place, ie pins shorted when playing music.

Did you look in the troubleshooting guide available in the downloads section?
Do you have a current meter? Is the amp drawing any current? It should be around 50mA when active.

I followed the troubleshooting guide, but it didn't seem to work. I just tested the amp with my current meter and it pulls a steady 90mA when I turn it on.
