toroidal transformer

Newbie here, am planning to build the Amp5, unfortunately, the only toroidal transformer I can locally source in the Philippines have secondaries rated at 25VAC.

Would this voltage work on the Amp5? I think it is dangerously close to the maximum voltage the chip is rated. I was anticipating that at 25VAC input, after the rectifier, it would be around 35V.

from what part are you? all I have seen are 32-0-32V toroids and they are brand new......
