Default Right sound go to left speaker and left sound go..

    I found that my amp5,
Right sound go to left speaker and left sound go to right speaker!!!
I reviewed the pin number from assembly instruction,
    I found that J8 pin 2 is "INV1 to TA2022"
    pin 3 is "input 2"
    pin 4 is "input 1"
    pin 5 is "INV2 to TA2022"
So! instead of 21st step in the instruction "Solder jumper wire on J8 from pin 2-3 and pin 4-5..."
I think we should solder pin2-4 and pin3-5!!!
Or we will have input 1 to output 2 and input 2 to output1 !!!
I found many photo in forums with pin2-3 and pin4-5 soldered together,
Haven't you guys found that right sound go to left speaker and left sound go to right speaker?
    Thanks!

by the way...VERY clear and sweet sounds, Thank you, Jan!

Do you use minijack? I have two factory made cables here from minijack to RCA and they have L and R opposite to eachother!

You can tap on the input lead with something (a finger works great) to create hum to check which output is connected to that input....

------X-max. can be several meters on any driver, too bad it can be done only once...------

Yes, I know we can always check the L and R,
But connect "INV1 to TA2022" to "input 2" and "INV2 to TA2022" to "input 1" seems very strange to me.
And when I only input input1, the speaker which connect to out2 give off sounds, not out1...
    so I still think I should solder pin2-4 and pin3-5 in J8.
    Or I am wrong?

I am also having the same problem as you. I simply reversed the output wiring, thought maybe there's some problem with the labeling.

No, I suggest you go to the support site, to post photo's can be quite a hassle, but the persistent will succeed, trust me...

Just make sure you keep it under 150Kb and the right format, than make sure you're logged in and use this link: http://www.41hz.com/forums/photo_gallery.asp
And keep the text short, or type a large text in a copy buffer so when the uploading fails you can try again quick...

I know it is a pain in the....but Jan allready tried to fix it, this does not seem to be very easy though....

Oh yes, the text to add to the photo's can be edited afterwards...and don't fill in anything on the 'location' and 'equipment' tabs....

Or if you want to add it later...

These procedures can save a lot of time and agrivation. The uploading went very smooth a couple of times, but always there was this moment that an upload failed....It seemed to work best with only little text added anyway...

    Good luck

I went to the link: http://www.41hz.com/forums/photo_gallery.asp
and hit the icon "Upload Photos"...
    No response...

"Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

    Script timed out

    /forums/photo_album_upload.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools. "

Hmmm, sorry to read this, and so will Jan be.....

Though I think I had such a problem in the beginning as well, maybe you should try at a late hour....as I think that's when things started to work for me....

Might sound strange, but I think it might have to do with bandwidth (busyness on the net).....
